This morning at 8:30 we had to be at Brayden's school for teacher orientation. We really never have any places to go so early, except for things like this..doc. appoint. ect. So go figure, when we do need to get somewhere everything that could possibly go wrong does, and it seems to always happen like this. The alarm got unplugged somehow (wonder who, *ahem*, Mark:)
Of course Brayden did not want to get up, and finally he gets dunked in the shower. Isaac is 2, and in his terrible two's, he gets into whatever he can whenever....there is alot that goes along with getting 3 kids ready, plus ourselves. And it was just a really hectic morning, we got there late just as the principle got done with his speech and the teachers were walking out with the parents and kids in there class. We get someone to help us find our teacher, and off to her classroom we go.
I have to say, his teacher is adorable...very nice, soft spoken and seems to be very patient. His class only has 11 students, I'm happy about this...and was curious how the teacher/student ratios panned out. The orientation went good after the chaos of the morning, there class got to spend 10 or 15min with each teacher. The librarian, computer, music, pe, and art teacher..plus the lunchroom, to get aquainted with it all. I was also happy to find out that his school was A+ rated last year, I really didn't know too much about it. Overall, I think his school is a good one. It's bitter sweet, I'm excited for this new chapter too start, and also sad that it is starting and our oldest is growing up on his *sniff* *tear*
On another note, since this was a few hour ordeal Mark didn't get in too work today, afterwards we got to have lunch together and then took the kids to the park. They had a blast, and caught a bunch of frogs.
I had fluffy mail waiting when we got home! This is Jacob's first matching set, and I'm super excited that it got to us today. Fluff mail rocks! It fits perfectly, not to mention is uber cute!! So what did I do??? Put it on him and took some pictures!
He is getting adventurous, and kept getting hisself on his belly to try and play with the tall grass (that needs a cut!) he also loved the dirt! Oh, and he is pretty much sitting up on me already, I still wouldn't leave him without some padding behind but for the most part he has mastered that skill. I remember thinking Isaac sitting up at 5.5mths was just great. Brayden sat up alittle after 6mths. And now Jacob is doing it at 5mths...why is that?! It seems with every one, they grow up and accomplish skills so much quicker.
Here is pictures from today's photo shootAnd the last, looks a bit wild. I played around with the smudge tool but it's the only picture with him and the full outfit, so here it is.

I love the second pic with him playing with the grass. I just can't believe how fast they grow!
